the slip and slide

last week, it was time to get ready for vacation. the boys went to the basement and found every sand toy that they could find and brought them up to the back yard. it was their job to get them all cleaned and ready to pack...and they had to practice a little in the sandbox! they also wanted to try out their new slip and slide that they got with their yardsale earnings.
after a little soap, they were ready to roll...

they have played on it A LOT! it does look like a lot of fun. of course it never takes long until a hose gets turned on us!
