adin's 7th birthday!

the friday after thanksgiving is when we always celebrate adin's birthday. as i was getting things together that morning...maisy was not much help! haha...she was worn out from thanksgiving, so she just rested! the boys went to the movies with dad and poppy, so it was almost like a "surprise"!
when they got back, we were ready to get dressed for the party...when in super mario's world...

maisy woke up just in time! she didn't have a mario outfit, so we just determined that she was princess peach!

my SEVEN year old!!

he had plenty of help with his gifts! he always likes us to have the tree up for his party so that he can get his gifts from under the tree. i guess it is his pre christmas practice!

thankfully super mario brothers stuff is getting a little easier to find!

the kids birthdays are so much fun. just makes me stop and realize how thankful i am for them. it is a lot of fun to try to make their day everything they want it to be. i am glad to have that opportunity each year. love ya adie!
