last friday, we hit the road for vacation #1! since it was a long drive for us, we split it up on the way there. friday night we stayed at a holiday inn (where else?!)! we had a nice dinner at the hotel and the kids got to swim away all of that pent up energy! the next morning, the girls of the family hit a local farmers market...which was a jackpot of fresh fruits and vegetables! when we got back, it was a quick freshen up and we were on the road again! maisy got a look at a really cute girl:

after a long day of driving...we were finally in myrtle beach! as we unpacked, this was the easiest way to contain the little lady!
we settled in to a great house, had some dinner, checked out the beach, and geared up for a great week!
