the 4th of july was on a sunday this year...so, we got up and got ready for church and packed up the van bacause we wouldn't get home till after fireworks! the kids looked cute in their red white and blue!
there were a few pictures between the first one and this one...but maisy called an end to this photo session!
ok, she gave in for one more!
after church we went to a picnic and swimming party with friends. it was a hot day, so the pool was awesome! from there, we made a stop by grandmas and then headed in to another friends house...who lives right by where the fireworks are put off! it was an unbelievable location and we had a great time with friends while we waited for 9:30 to finally come! this is all of the babies of our mom2mom group...
the boys kept busy! aaron hung them here to keep them out of trouble :)
they loved it!
it was finally time! they had their glow sticks and flags!

the fireworks were really great this year...i loved them! the kids loved them too! toby sat with dad...he wanted to know if each of them was the finale. adin laid beside me and just took it all in. i held maisy and she watched with a smile on her face until she fell asleep. it was a great finale...so many colors!
