me and my boys

on friday, i headed out to rhodes grove campground to attend the ladies breakaway retreat. it was just friday and saturday...so, aaron was on his own with the boys! we snapped a few pictures before i hit the road. i am 12 weeks on wednesday this week. my shirt was a b-day gift from my sister and i got the necklace with b-day money from my brother! adin is into hugging the baby. toby doesn't know what he is talking about.

it takes much more effort to get toby to get in the picture...we are both holding him captive until aaron could take one!

it was a great retreat. we had a wonderful speaker named donna partow who taught very practically on prayer. many of her points really stood out to me and i have been thinking through them over the last few days. i am excited to get to homegroup because we have also been discussing prayer...it is amazing how God has to show us things a few different ways until we get it sometimes!

aaron and the boys had a good "guys retreat" too. they had pizza bites for supper, stayed up late and camped out in our room, bought hungry hungry hippo and played 100 times, and went swimming at the pool on saturday. i don't think they missed me a bit! but i know they had a great time with dad!
