some days around here are all about making your own fun. when we have no where to go and are here all day...we get pretty creative sometimes! adin was directing me and toby in an activity that he learned at mom2mom. it was to be zaccheus in the tree...but i think that he just wanted to eat icing and gummy bears?!
here i had a potato peeler for 2 potatoes...then he caught his knuckle and was done! toby was just catching up on his computer work...haha
you can tell they are really bored when they make things with their lunch. here toby showed me a face that he made with his cheese crackers, meat, and a green bean.
then adin made his version too. but hey, at least they eat their made up friends!
we have been in a week long stretch of rain here...so, we are stuck inside...forcing an even higher level of creativity. i am thinking that we should just try out a few school lessons to see how they go! we have been working on letters and numbers, very unofficially! we go to the homeschool show this weekend...which i am thinking will be exciting and overwhelming!
