we have been snowed in A LOT. the kids are bored and getting way too proficient at super mario...so, when we found some free events for this weekend...we decided to hit ALL of them! first up, story time at target. they were reading all of the dr seuss favorites and the kids got great goody bags and balloons!
maisy even listened in!
ok, she was more interested in her toys...
next we went to lowes to build a lowes-bot. it was to be a car that changed into a robot. adin had a broken piece...so, his didn't convert, but he was ok with that! he even met up with garnet, his friend from school as well as the quach boys...so that made it even more fun!

by this point, we were hungry, so a quick stop by wendys and we were on our way to event #3. it was science lab at michaels and they were building molecules. they said this one was their favorite!
it was styrofoam balls covered in a clay that dried into a foam...pretty cool!
maisy checked out for awhile!
we had a really fun morning together!
