maisy on stage

on saturday, maisy was baby jesus in our church play. the plan was for me to take her and hand her off to mary for her to go on stage. i woke up with mastitis again though, which was like a truck hit me. thankfully, i got antibiotics called in and started them as well as pain medication, but i couldn't take maisy to do her part. i was devistated. aaron got to take her and he was more than happy to be able to do it. we texted the whole time they were there. she cried a little when they walked out on stage, but joseph gave her a binkie (pink, mind you?!) and she was happy. she was laid in the manger during a song and it was obvious that she was a real baby because her arms and legs were going. she was probably wondering where they toys were that usually hang above her! i only got one picture from a friend in the audience (thanks mike!)...i am not sure if mary is holding her or if she is in the manger...but this is what it looked like:will post more pics if i get any!
