well, my 6 weeks is up and i am feeling pretty recovered. when i was at week 4, aaron needed to have hernia surgery...so, that kept us in the house a little longer. a few days before aarons surgery, adin ended up with the flu that lasted for a week...so, it was quite a job to keep aaron healthy, care for adin with a 104 fever, and keep toby and maisy germ free! we prayed a lot and we seem to have pulled through! here are a few pictures from those few weeks...
maisy in a "thank heaven for little girls" outfit:

aaron surprised us and ran home from baltimore a little early on the day before his surgery...adin was having a rough day that day...so, aaron took over maisy duty. she was especially hungry that day, so we attempted a bottle...she did just fine with that!

nanny and poppy were back to help on surgery day. aarons dad came along with me and maisy to take aaron to surgery. we took turns with aaron and maisy because she couldn't go into the surgical area. aarons mom stayed with the boys. i don't know how i would get by sometimes without the help. my mom came that night with dinner for all of us too. here is nanny and maisy...in her leggings...i never knew such things existed before now!

yeah...i was worn out...

maisy too...

aaron didn't make it out of bed for 2 days. on saturday, he made it to the couch...maisy hung out with him a good bit there! yes, that is his cowboys snuggie...don't let him fool you! although, he doesn't use the arm holes and sometimes the remote gets lots in there!

maisy in her usual sleeping position. her outfit and blanket and pad are all from the boys. she looks a lot like adin on this one.

our little diva in her dress and leggings...NOT from the boys!

i just really love feet and hands:
toby took this one of his foot with maisys foot...that just shows you how little she is (or how big he is)!
