the week couldn't go fast enough for us to get to the beach...but slow enough for getting everything ready to go! we left on thursday for ocean city, maryland with plans for eating out, seeing the lights, swimming, shopping, and popcorn! it was really fun to listen to christmas music the whole way to the beach! adin was the usual bored rider (along with me) and aaron and toby just kicked back for the drive. we arrived at dinner time and checked in at the hotel. the boys got a great view of the bay on the way to our room.
when we got in the room, they didn't care about anything but going out to see the ocean!
it is hard to believe how much bigger they are than the last winter trip that we took! but balconies freak me out, so we headed back in...
after a quick little rest, we were heading to dinner. they burrowed right in to their bed and found mickey mouse while we unpacked a little.
the driver needed a little rest too...i think that he found espn on the other tv!
i found myself in the kitchen, as usual. not sure why i feel the need to pack enough snacks to last for a month when we are there for a weekend...but i always do!
