happy birthday ADIN!

on monday, my first little boy turned FIVE! it is hard for me to believe that my baby is a kid already. this was the first year that his brithday fell on the same day as when he was born, so we told him what was happening from sunday morning till monday night...when he finally arrived. we had him all confused, but it was fun for us to relive! we always have his party on the friday after thanksgiving so that all of the family can gather. well, when he got up on monday, he was upset to find that there were no gifts under the tree and no party. so, i quickly told him that he got to plan the whole day instead...so, he picked all of our outfits for the day as well as what we ate all day. then when aaron got home, we wrapped one gift and got it under the tree for him. up until this year, he didn't mind what day the party was on...but i guess his is big enough to know now!
