what a full weekend! on thursday, aarons parents came down to see the boys for the weekend. this helped me immensly on friday...since i had NO packing done to go on the girls retreat with sunday school. so, i was able to work on food for the weekend as well as liesurely pack while the boys were well entertained! at 5:30, i headed into the church with my neighbor, lisa to meet up with the others. we arrived at the cabin around 8:30, ready for a great weekend! this is the group that went this year...some returning and many new!

we had a great weekend...great topics to stretch us, great music, great food, great games, great free time together. i somehow got a reputation for being a late nighter...so, i was thrilled that i had friends to stay up with until 4:00 AM each night. i am hearing that most of us slept like champs when we got back home! here are a few shots of 4AM card playing.
special thanks to the girls in class that put this together...it was really a fun time and a much needed time away for so many of us. can't wait till next year!
