a few of my favorite things:

toby and i went to the grocery store tonight for a few last minute things for thanksgiving and adin's party...as i am writing i am realizing 2 things that i didn't get, so another run tomorrow! when we got back from being out in the cold, the christmas tree was on and we turned on the fireplace, turned off the tv, and aaron read stories to the boys on the couch while we all warmed up under blankets. and this is one of my favorite things. i love to be in on a cold night...especially when we are all here and doing something together.

as we quickly approach thanksgiving, my head is filled with things that i am thankful for. our sermon on sunday encouraged us to thank God for being GOD and that tops my list. i am so blessed to have aaron, adin, and tobias as my family. i never knew that a heart could hold so much love. we enjoy things that make life nice and comfortable, but even without those things...my life is blessed. i am thankful that by Gods grace he teaches me things slowly and lets me look back to see his work in me. i have a great family and also married into a great one. my friends bring so much to my life and i am grateful. while i love the food on thanksgiving (a lot), i am always excited because i know that we will see just about everyone that we are related to within 2 days and i love the clamor of the food and talking and games and pictures and parties. i am undeserving...but most thankful.
