our little scientist

for the last year or so, adin has been VERY interested in science. for gifts, he wants science sets and he is always wanting to do "experiments" and "projects". so, we are always in search of more and more projects to entertain him. aarons mom called this week to make sure that we left adin watch rachel ray because she had a kid scientist on that day...and needless to say, it is marked on the dvr and he has been watching it over and over! well, he learned this cornstarch experiment on there, so we had to try it!
he also had us video tape him because he wants us to send it to rachel ray...so maybe he will make the show sometime!

    Too cute!When I taught preschool the kids loved this!
    Baking soda and vinegar is fun, too. Put the baking soda in a "volcano" and add vinegar...lava!
    Check out the bookstores, they have books entitled "My First Science Experiments" or something similiar.
