poppy's party

while we were at aarons parents, we were also celebrating his dads birthday. we got up on sunday to head to church. the boys were very excited because they are in the same class at poppy's church. so, they were ready to roll in outfits from great grandma bair! it is very hard to get a picture these days where everyone is looking at the camera!

we attempted to get all of the cousins together...but this is the best one that i got on my camera!

so, after church, we had a great lunch made by aarons mom...the boys seem to always request her lasagna and i got a whole loaf of garlic bread to myself! (yes, i did bring some home!) and poppy got to open his gifts a few days early! after a little more playing with their cousins, the boys could barely stay awake to get to the car! we loaded in and headed out in the snow. we were hardly on the turnpike till they were both out!

my mom called as we got about an hour from home to see if we wanted homemade soup for dinner...so, we stopped on by and ate with her on our way home. and now i am the only one left awake around here! it was a fun weekend away :)
