so, last friday was finally beach day! we got up "early"...ok, so it was 9:00 and hit the road. after a great lunch at red hot and blue in annapolis, we crossed the bay bridge and were finally within reach of the beach! (thankfully this was 2 days before the unfortunate accident that left a truck driver over the side of the bridge...my heart just broke for him.) when we arrived at our beach house, it was not yet ready...so, all of the dads took the kids to a local park and the moms went to the grocery store.
when we finally got in and unloaded...the kids literally RAN to the ocean and went in with their clothes on. not that we could blame them...we were right behind them!
i bought this shirt because it is finally starting to be true!
aaron after a long drive...adin only asked it we were there about 100 times this trip. the poor child takes after me in that way!
