i am tired of christmas getting turned into "holiday", "x-mas", "winter festival"...it is Jesus birthday and i hate when people take CHRIST out of christmas. so, we don't put up a "wish tree" or a "dream tree", or anything like that here...we put up our christmas tree and celebrate our saviors birth in our house. adin associated that since Jesus isn't here and we can't send gift him in heaven, that we would just open them here...he is so stinking smart!so that said...whew, i feel better! i want to wish you all a very merry christmas! i can't wait to get to church tonight and then get the kids to bed to get everything ready! they get to open one gift tonight, so they are very excited...not sure that they will be as excited when they see pajamas, but hey, at least it is a gift!
