adin scores a goal!

thursday night was back to the soccer field with dad as coach! adin missed him being there for the last 2 games and wasn't sure that he even wanted to play anymore. but with dad there, things improved. his uncle marlin and aunt katie came to see him play this week. marlin told him to get out there and get a goal...so, aaron put him in for the last quarter of the game...he kicked off the ball and took it right down to the goal and put it in. everyone clapped and yelled and he looked shocked when he turned around! we don't keep score at this age, so who knows if it might have been a game winning goal...but it was in our eyes!
we were FROZEN from being out at the game...so, as soon as we got home, the boys had hot chocolate and cookies. next week, we will hope for another goal...and we will all wear BIG coats to watch! great job adin!
