aaron and i and the boys just got home from a "thank you" service for zayin clugh. many of you followed his story closely as he was very ill just a short time ago. his parents, chris and andrea, shared their story tonight and then led us in an AWESOME time of praise and worship. they are a true example of trusting God. i am thankful to know them and thankful to have had the opportunity to pray for zayin.when we got there, adin went up to zayin said "nice to meet you...i have been praying for you"...and my heart just melted. later, as we sang the words "raise your hands all you nations", the boys both watched those around us dancing and raising their hands and raised their little hands too. THEY are teaching ME already...there are so many things that can keep us from really worshiping God...but seeing your children learn to worship can teach us again too. when we were riding home, toby was singing "oh no, you never let go...no, you never let go of me"...and we know that is true. God never lets go.
zayin and his family have touched so many through his illness...zayin has been quite a witness, even at 3 years old. it was awesome to hear him up front, singing with his dad tonight. i was so thankful to be in a roomful of people praising God for his miraculous healing.
sounds like a great time...and Adin is so sweet! Thanks again for last night, we so appreciated it! The kids slept so good too! You are wonderful!
