it might be surprising, but at ages 3 and 5, my boys had their first "real" haircut this week! we had a new shop open in town that is doing $2.99 haircuts, so i thought it would be worth it to try it out. toby was up first...he liked the chair and cape.
the haircut was just like what i do at home...so, when the $2.99 price goes away, i can't imagine that i would go back...when i am FREE! but, i did watch how to do around their ears better!
she was telling him how cute he was...and then he got his lollypop and moved over to the other chair.
adin was up next...he got to watch toby first to make sure that it was harmless!
he didn't like the "tickler"...he said it didn't tickle that much when mommy does it. that's my boy!

overall, pretty fun, and they look adorable...but i think they will be back to moms free salon! at least i feel a little more like i am doing it right after i got to watch someone else do it!
