we got up bright and early on wednesday and were ready to get home! we just had to get cleared by my doctor and by maisys doctor. after another jaundice test, she was good to go...and then my midwife was in and we were out the door! aaron did one last diaper change and we were ready to go. there is always the feeling that you can't wait to get out the door...but then as soon as you step out you miss having the doctors and nurses right there!

maisy rode too...
we were able to stop at the pharmacy and mcdonalds and then get home. i got a shower and we gave maisy a bath and got comfortable before the boys got back. ronita dropped them off and grandma showed up about the same time. they were excited to hold maisy again...
we missed the flower delivery at the hospital, but gladly they brought them to the house for us. these were from one of aarons colleagues.
we had our first meal delivered from sunday school that day...which is a wonderful gift that they do for new mothers! maisy tried out her new swing while i ate. she liked it a lot and seemed very interested in the little blue owl that was right at her head!
the boys can't stay away from her too long. they have to make sure the swing is working and that she is happy!
this is a picture of maisy in one of tobys newbown outfits. i need to post a picture of toby in this outfit too...they look SO MUCH alike! i think that they are very similar looking, but maisy has tiny features and toby had big features. he was a little guy because he was so early, but he had huge feet and hands. i am thinking that maisy might stay a little smaller!
