well, this has been a long day! aaron was around to several hotels in baltimore and then rushed home to get to my OB appointment. my BP was better today and we are still scheduled for 9-14-09. (below...me at 37 weeks)
i must admit, i was going to be REALLY happy if he said that we were going to have the baby more like TOMORROW! but, i am to rest, go back in next week, and still plan to have the baby as scheduled. we are very excited to welcome #3. the bags are all packed, the boys are excited, and i am feeling more at peace with the whole process. i still get a little uptight at the thought of the c-section, but i have many people praying...and i know that God will be there through it all...i just need to depend on him and know that he is in control. we have been thrown a few curve balls already...but God continues to provide. aarons parents were coming to keep the boys for us and his mom has shingles and is not able to come now. she is heartbroken and we are sad that they won't be here with us...but my family and friends have jumped right in and welcomed our boys to be with them...so, that is a huge burden off of us. so, i am learning more and more that i am not in control of everything...and that is ok. if we make it a matter of prayer, God seems to point us in the right direction...even when we have no idea where that is taking us!
