last friday was miranda AND forrests birthdays! (yes, they were born on the same day, 5 years apart) so, they picked "house of kobe" and we headed there for dinner. miranda and aaron are the sushi eaters in the group, so that ate that stuff while the rest of us waited for the show!

the smiths...aaron, annette, adin, tobias
"grandma" with miranda and forrest. my brother and his family weren't able to make it to dinner, but caught up to use for ice cream later.
after a rouzing song of "happy birshday", miranda and forrest got cheesecake and ice cream. adin and toby didn't understand why they didn't get it too...so adin politely asked the waitress to bring them some too...and she did.
we all went back to the rupert house then to continue the party. if you ever notice, adin is always very close to the birthday person...he likes to help blow out candles and hand out gifts...he needs to be right in the middle of what is happening. (i understand this!) toby is usually off doing something else :)
so, another birthday celebration under our belt for the year...a belt that is a little tighter from all that eating! next on the list is austin and aarons...1 day apart in october.
